Homes listed here are not typical rental homes. They are not in "rental communities". They are homes offered by the owner(s) of the home. Criteria will vary between properties.
Homes cannot be leased more than 30 days prior to occupancy. Please understand, agents will not show for occupancies 45 days or more out.
Once a home is chosen, there is a $50 non-redundable application fee. Approvals occur within 24 hours. Once approved, one month's rent security deposit (and pet deposit, if pets allowed) are due with signed lease. Then the landlord or landlord's rep will be in touch to schedule walkthrough.
